Trial for junior hockey team begins tomorrow

underway here at the National Hockey Stadium on Monday to prepare for the upcoming hockey tournaments to be played in Malaysia, Egypt and Europe.The National Selection Committee and team management will monitor and evaluate the performance of players taking part in the trial. The final players picked by the selection committee will have to attend a training camp in the federal capital on Feb 12. Pakistan’s Junior Hockey team will feature in two four-nation hockey tournaments to be played in Malaysia and Egypt in March. The national junior team will compete in Malaysia from Mar 12 to 15 from where they will head to Egypt to play in another four-nation tournament to be held from March 21 to 27.The team will finally fly to Europe after tours of Malaysia and Egypt
