England to bat at Sabina

England have won the toss and elected to bat on the first morning of the first Test in Jamaica.
Earlier, all-rounder Andrew Flintoff passed a fitness test on a side strain and was named in England's line-up.
Flintoff, 31, goes into the series opener without a bowl in a competitive contest for six weeks.
However, he has persuaded the tour management he is ready to return in practice over the past few days.
Left-armer Ryan Sidebottom also returns to the team, having last played in an international on August 2, the day before Michael Vaughan resigned as England captain.
Steve Harmison was also recalled, having been dropped for the Mohali Test before Christmas, which meant no place for either James Anderson or Graeme Swann.
But there was no immediate opportunity for Harmison to wreak havoc on a ground where he claimed an England-best seven for 12 in 2004, after captain Andrew Strauss began his reign as official captain by opting to bat.
